1. How do you ensure high polarization extinction ratio (PER) and low loss in a dual-array structure?
The core of polarization-maintaining devices lies in the precise alignment of the polarization axis. Leveraging mature semiconductor-level coupling and alignment processes, we ensure that both 1x4 channels exhibit extremely low insertion loss (IL) and excellent channel uniformity. Simultaneously, the single-channel polarization extinction ratio (PER) remains stable at ≥ 20 dB. Before shipment, each port undergoes 100% rigorous 3D interferometer and high-precision polarization state testing.
2. Do you support deep customization (OEM/ODM) of polarization axis alignment, package size, and interfaces?
